Hidden Child from Germany |

Stella Sonnenschein was born in Warsaw, Poland, in 1935. She was smuggled out of the Warsaw Ghetto when she was seven years old by a Catholic woman and hidden by Polish families. Her mother survived the war and by a miracle found her daughter about a year after the war ended. They returned to Lodz, Poland.
