Henry Flescher
Survivor from Austria | Auschwitz, Buchewald

Henry Flescher was born in Vienna in 1924. He survived Auschwitz, Buchenwald, and Drancy concentration camps where he was involved in slave labor and was part of a death march. His prisoner number was 1771753. He was liberated in April 1945 in Waldenburg, Germany. He came to the United States in 1950 where he worked as a furrier. He is the only survivor in his family. He visited Israel in 1968.
