Marvin Zborowski was born in Poland in 1926. He lived in the Zarki Ghetto and was hidden with his mother, brother, and sister in an attic for two years by a Polish Christian family. His father was killed by the Germans. He was liberated from Zarki by the Russians. He came to the United States in 1952 and became a successful businessman in New York. He first visited Israel in 1950 and has visited very often since. His brother Eli was Chairman for Yad Vashem in the United States, and he has been Treasurer of Yad Vashem in the United States.
