Zoltan Wieder was born in Transylvania in 1925. He was sent from the Warsaw Ghetto to Auschwitz He then went to Dachau and Allach, a sub-camp of Dachau. He lost his mother in Auschwitz and his father in Dachau, and he lost over fifty family members in the Holocaust. He was liberated from Allach by American troops. He came to the United States in May 1967 and worked as an industrial engineer. He has visited Israel ten times. His message is to tell young people what happened in the Holocaust and to give strong support for the state of Israel.
